Abstract
This Law consisting of 8 articles aims at issuing the Act on fertilizers, nutrients and soil amendments of the GCC in Qatar. Responsible body to implement the Act is the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture and the concerned authority is the Agricultural Development Department at the Ministry. The Ministry shall set the fees relating with record, import and circulation of fertilizers and soil improvers based on the competent management proposal. Article 4 deals with inspections, while article 5 refers to the sanctions.
