Minister of Municipality Decision No. 143 of 2022 regarding controls on the use of plastic bags.

This Resolution consisting of 6 articles prohibits institutions, companies and shopping centers from using single-use plastic bags, and using biodegradable and environmentally friendly alternatives. Under Article 5 the competente authority shall take the necessary measures to monitor the implementation of this Resolution.
