Ministerial Decision No.17 of 2018 on the conditions and controls of the places of storage of waste resulting from real estate and establishments of all kinds.

This Resolution consisting of 7 articles aims at regulating the places and receptacles for waste temporary conservation - in order to preserve the general appearance of the country and the safety of the environment - until their disposal by the competent Municipality. Art.2 gives terms and conditions for places of waste conservation. Art.3 regards the spaces between buildings and plants to collect garbage. According to art.4 establishments operating in the commercial, service, tourist, restaurants and other public places producing a variety of waste should start collecting the waste by sorting it according to its type. The collected waste shall be emptied periodically or whenever necessary, by the competent Municipality or through a licensed contractor. The discharging entity shall periodically wash and disinfect places and receptacles.
