Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 6 articles aims at establishing a Supreme Committee for Crisis Management headed by the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. The Committee is responsible for managing crises and disasters, taking all necessary measures to confront them, and in particular the following: (i) protect the lives of individuals, and protect public and private property from the resulting dangers; (ii) take effective measures to confront and contain the risks arising from crises and disasters; (iii) approve the necessary plans and programs necessary; and (iv) take the necessary steps to provide all the State s needs in terms of goods and services. The Committee may form subcommittees or working groups to study or follow up any of the issues related to its competencies.
