Resolution of the Cabinet No. 4 of 1986 proposing development plans and projects to the Permanent Committee for Environmental Protection.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles: government and civil development projects and plans, including housing, agricultural and industrial projects are to be proposed to the Permanent Committee for Environmental Protection to be revised and valued before implementation in order to verify compliance with environmental standards (art. 1); all ministries, public and civil administrations, organizations and institutions and individuals must present all the necessary information, data and studies for such projects and plans to the Permanent Committee (art. 2).
