Resolution of the Minister of Environment No.55 of 2015 regulating fishing of Narrow-barred Spanish Mackerel (Scomberomorous commerson).

This Resolution consisting of 3 articles prohibits fishing the narrow-barred Spanish Mackerel (scientific name Scomberomorous commerson), starting from 2015, from 15 August up to 15 October of every year, except for vessels licensed by the Department of Fisheries. They are allowed to use the thread only, without other fishing tools. The ban does not apply for the purpose of scientific research after obtaining a licence from the Ministry of Environment.
