Resolution No. 1 of 1990 establishing two committees for estimation and assessment of the expropriated lands for public utilities.

This Resolution is composed of 16 articles. Article 1 decrees the establishment and composition of the Two Committees for the estimation and assessment of the expropriated lands situated into the borders of Doha City and Rayyan and the lands located into the borders of the other towns and villages. Article 2 deals with competencies and duties of the aforementioned Committees. The decisions and recommendations of the Two Committees shall entry into force after the final approval of the Minister of Agriculture and Municipality Affairs (art. 4). Articles 5 to 9 provide for periodic meetings, reports and modality of the meeting. Article 10 refers to the obligation to keep 2 registers for each Committee, one register for fair copy and another for rough copy. The Minister of Agriculture and Municipality Affairs shall define by a resolution rules and measures necessary for regulating works of the Two Committees (art. 15).
