Resolution No.2 of 1989 concerning the transfer of liquid waste, residues and garbage at the expense of the concerned person.

This Resolution consisting of 8 articles aims at regulating the management of some types of waste by the Doha Municipality. In particular it specifies that the transportation of residues, household and commercial wastes, liquid garbage, rubble, construction waste, abandoned vehicles and heavy objects are at the expense of their owners (art.1). Arts.2 - 6 establish the fees for the different services.
