Abstract
The contracting parties, depending on their capabilities and economic aspirations in the long term, will encourage bilateral cooperation in all areas considered appropriate, especially in the economic and technical sectors. Among the objectives of this cooperation will be: (a) the development and prosperity of their industries; (b) the encouragement of economic cooperation; (c) the protection of the environment; and (d) in general, to contribute to the development of their economies and living standards. Economic cooperation will be developed in accordance with this Agreement, by promoting activities related to economic sectors, in particular and without limiting them, mainly in the following sectors: (a) agriculture and food industry, forestry and timber processing industry, water management; (b) health and consumer protection; and (c) tourism, including rural tourism. In order to identify and to facilitate business opportunities and new forms of economic cooperation, the joint commission will: (a) support the establishment and operation of representative offices, branches, bilateral chambers of commerce and other economic entities, in accordance with the legislation of the contracting parties; (b) promote and support economic missions, fairs, exhibitions, seminars, symposia and other similar activities; and (c) support financial institutions and banks from the countries of the two contracting parties to establish contacts or strengthen cooperation, will promote the participation of small and medium enterprises in fulfilling the objectives of this Agreement, will encourage the activities of investments, the creation of joint ventures and subsidiaries of companies.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of receipt of the last written notification by which the contracting parties inform each other of the fulfillment of the procedures required by their legislation internal for its entry into force.
Notes
This Agreement will be valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of its entry into force and is extended for successive periods of five (5) years, unless one of the contracting parties notifies the other contracting party in writing, through diplomatic channels, of its intention to terminate this Agreement at least three (3) months before its expiration. The termination of this Agreement will not affect the fulfillment of projects and contracts concluded or in the process of being implemented in the basis of this Agreement.
