Abstract
The objective of this Agreement is to create the legal and institutional framework for financing some projects in certain fields, in Romania and the Republic of Turkey. Within this agreement, the Parties may sign executive programs for the implementation of projects and programs that the Parties have decided by mutual agreement, in the areas eligible for financing, in particular environment, public health and tourism. Authorities responsible for implementation are the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania and the Government of Romania.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement enters into force on the date of receipt of the last written notification, by which the Parties inform each other, through diplomatic channels, regarding the fulfillment of the procedures provided for in the national legislations in force of the two states, necessary for the entry into force of this document.
Notes
This Agreement is concluded for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of entry into force. The Parties will review the implementation of this Agreement 3 (three) months before its validity expires and may decide, by exchanging diplomatic notes, to extend the validity of the agreement for additional periods of 3 (three) years. Any extension of validity with an additional period of 3 (three) years will enter into force in accordance with the procedure provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 7.
