Abstract
The Parties will make efforts to develop, strengthen and expand economic, industrial and technical cooperation in the interest of both states. The Parties appreciate that there are favorable conditions for long-term collaboration, especially in the following fields: the machine construction industry, including the technique for the processing industry, agriculture and food processing industry. The parties agreed that, in all areas of cooperation, the projects must made in such a way as to respond to the most modern technologies at their disposal and which respect international standards, including ecological ones. The Parties will make efforts to develop, strengthen and expand economic, industrial and technical cooperation between the two countries, by supporting, developing and promoting: (a) relations and cooperation between the competent authorities, representatives of the business environment, various professional and social organizations, agencies and associations, chambers of commerce and industry, regional and local organizations, promoting the exchange of information of mutual interest; (b) the active participation of the above-mentioned subjects from the states that represent the Parties in the bilateral economic relations; (c) participating in fairs and exhibitions, organizing work meetings, seminars, symposia and conferences, held on the territories of the states that represent the Parties; and (d) organizing economic forums and other economic, industrial and technical actions agreed by the Parties on the territory the states of the Parties, in order to develop and improve the economic relations between the two countries.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement enters into force on the date of receipt of the last notifications regarding the fulfillment by the Parties of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement.
Notes
This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. Any of the Parties may denounce this Agreement, through a written notification sent through diplomatic channels to the other Party. This Agreement expires after the expiration of a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the written notification. The termination of the validity of this Agreement will not affect the continuation of the validity of current programs, projects or contracts that were concluded and started during the period of validity of this Agreement, but not were completed until its validity ceases.
