Abstract
The purpose of the Agreement: to the extent permitted by the laws, regulations and political directives of their countries, the Parties will exchange unclassified information relating to the regulation and control of nuclear security and radiological protection (including the authorization and control of radioactive sources), specific aspects of nuclear reactors, management of spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste, decommissioning, emergency preparedness and the environmental impact of designated nuclear facilities. The Parties have agreed to exchange unclassified technical information related to nuclear energy and experience in the aforesaid field, exchange of experts, organization of working groups and inspection of nuclear facilities.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement enters into force on the date of the last official notification by which the Parties inform each other of the completion of the internal procedures related to the entry into force of this Agreement.
Notes
This Agreement will remain in force for a period of five (5) years. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by giving the other party a written notice three (3) months before the date on which it intends to terminate the agreement. Termination of this agreement shall not affect the normal conduct of the actions that are being executed, they will remain in force until they are completed, unless the parties decide otherwise.
