Decision of the Government of Romania implementing the Mining Law.

This Decision lays down detailed provisions to implement the Mining Law. The implementing rules concern: (i) access to information on mineral resources; (ii) public auction for the issue of concessions to carry out exploration and mining activities; (iii) taxes and fees to be paid by holders of licences and permits.
