Decision No. 176/2019 of the National Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture (ANPA).

This Decision of ANPA prohibits the fishing for the invasive species Rapan venosa with beam trawl in the same period as established for fishing for turbot in a specified biosphere reserve, the Danube delta and some other specified coastal zones. These Restrictions do not concern the use of non-destructive fishing methods, respectively manual harvesting or with fish pots, which may also be carried out in the marine protected areas under the supervision of the custodian/administrator.
