Abstract
The producer's certificate is the document proving the origin of agri-food products on the basis of which they can be sold in markets, fairs, barns or in other places established by local councils. The model of the manufacturer's certificate is provided in Annex No. 1 which is an integral part of this Government Decision. The manufacturer's certificate is printed on special paper, the mandatory distinctions that will be inserted are a tricolor band in the upper right and the coat of arms of the country in the upper left. The printing will be done by the county councils who will distribute them to the mayors. Producers' access to the market, renting tables and scales can only be done on the basis of the producer's certificate. Market administration shall verify the validity of the producer's certificate.
