Abstract
This Decision redefines clue issues regarding the inspectorates handling the official state controls over the effective quality of seeds and planting materials on territory of Romania.
As here established, the previous central Inspectorate from the capital city will now transfer (30 days from the entry into force of this text) its duties to several regional entities (new territorial inspectorates), as authorized and indicated by the competent national Ministry and under full control and authority of the State Inspection for Seed and Planting Quality of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (headed by a Chief Inspector appointed by the Minister of Agriculture and Food).
The financing issues are also updated (deriving from the Law no. 75/1995, dealing with extra-budgetary and budgetary incomes).
