Joint Order No. 1.082/731/2016 of the Ministry of Health and of the National Agency for Public Procurement validating the standard model regarding purchase of biocidal products.

This Joint Order establishes the standard model regarding purchase of biocidal products containing in the Annexes purchase data sheet, terms and conditions, including the duration of the contract, juridical, economic, financial and technical information related to the purchase contract, procedural matters, assessment criteria, administrative information, presentation of offers and additional information, public purchase procedure, information related to economic operator, capacity of other entities, information on subcontractors and reasons for exclusion from public purchase procedure.
