The measures to regulate the fishing effort and the fishing quotas allocated for the year 2022 are approved, on species and areas (Black Sea, "Danube Delta" Biosphere Reserve, Danube River, Prut River, reservoirs), according to annexes no. 1-4, which are an integral part of this order. This Joint Order establishes that 15% of the allocated quota entered in the fishing authorization, but no more than 3 kg/day per boat, may be retained for family consumption, provided that it is registered and reported to the National Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture. The crayfish species (Astacus leptodactylus and Astacus fluviatilis) and bighead carp (Hypophthalmichthys nobilis), silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) and grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon Idella) can be caught without limit, provided that the quantities caught are registered and submitted to the National Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture. Annexes contain total allowable catch information and data.
