Abstract
The following acts constitute illegal commercial activities and entail administrative or criminal liability, as the case may be, to those who committed them: (a) performing commerce prohibited by acting legislation; (b) the street sale of any goods in places other than those authorized by the municipalities or prefectures; (c) conditioning the sale of some goods on the purchase of other goods; (d) exposure to sale or sale of goods or any other products without specifying the validity period or with expired validity period; (e) performing acts or acts of trade with goods whose origin cannot be proven; (f) non-declaration by the economic agents profits to the tax authorities; (g) purchase of goods or products for resale purposes, from retail outlets, public catering units, canteens, tourism units and other similar units; (h) failure to prepare and display, the prices and tariffs, the quality category of the products or services or, where applicable, the list of prices and tariffs; (i) the supplier's refusal to conclude the contract for the delivery of the products necessary for the population's consumption, established by Government decisions and distributed based on the balance; (j) the delivery or purchase, without distribution, of the products to the detriment of the distribution holders; (k) non-exposure of existing goods for sale, preferential sale, unjustified refusal of their sale or the provision of services included in the object of activity of the economic agent; (l) accumulation of goods on the domestic market in the purpose of creating a deficit on the market and their subsequent resale or the suppression of fair competition; (m) exceeding, by economic agents with majority state capital, the maximum levels of sales prices or tariffs established by Government Decisions; (n) the exceeding by any economic agent of the maximum additions established by Government Decisions, when forming retail prices, regardless of the number of chains through which the goods circulate, as well as exceeding the commercial and commission additions established and declared by the economic agents to the fiscal bodies; (o) selling without weighing or measuring; and (p) falsifying or substituting goods or any other products, as well as exposing for sale or selling such goods, knowing that they are falsified or substituted.
