Abstract
The Official Monitor of Romania is the official publication of the Romanian state, in which the acts stipulated by the Constitution, this law and other normative acts are published. The editor of the Official Monitor of Romania is the Chamber of Deputies. The publication of the Official Monitor of Romania constitutes a public service provided by the Autonomous Direction "Official Monitor", which operates under the authority of the Chamber of Deputies. The following categories of documents are published in the Official Monitor of Romania: (a) laws, decisions and motions; (b) decisions and motions of the two Chambers of the Parliament; (c) decrees; (d) ordinances, including emergency ordinances; and (e) rulings and opinions of the Constitutional Court.
