Abstract
This Law establishes the rules aimed for the preservation of agricultural holdings and locations, by using the benefits here defined (benefits such as planning and construction limits; sanitary protection issues and zones; structural funds).
As defined by this Law, all holders of commercial or family farms can these access structural funds in order to modernize and restructure their agricultural farms, also in accordance with the provisions and indications of the National Rural Development Programme.
The following categories of agricultural units will enjoy the benefits: horse farms; sheep and goat farms; fattening cattle farms; dairy cows farms; poultry farms; industrial poultry complexes; pig farms; industrial pigs complexes; centers for the collection and preservation of products of animal origin; slaughterhouses and livestock reception bases; mixed zootechnical and research farms.
