Abstract
Commercialization on the territory of Romania of plant protection products, manufactured in the country or imported, can only be performed by the legal persons on the basis of a registration certificate issued by the phytosanitary unit in whose territorial radius is carried out activity of marketing plant protection products, according to the model contained in Annex No. 1. The period for which the registration certificate is issued is a maximum of 5 years, with annual renewal.
