Law No. 342 amending Law on orchards No. 348/2003.

This Law amends para. (2) art. 30 of Law on orchards No. 348/2003. Amendments deal with small producers and individuals who are not organized in associative forms and who may sell fruit in street or traditional markets organized and have an obligation to display from selling products in terms of quality and hygiene, to ensure consumer protection and food safety.
