Abstract
This Law establishes that owners of agricultural land can also exploit their land in forms of association. Simple forms of association are associations based on agreement between two or more families, with the purpose of exploiting agricultural land, livestock breeding, supply, storage, conditioning, processing and sale of products, provision of services, as well as other activities. If the owners of the agricultural land do not want to exploit them individually or in any of the aforesaid forms, they can set up as agricultural companies, with legal personality. The agricultural company is a private type company, with variable capital and an unlimited number and variable by associates, having as object the agricultural exploitation of land, equipment, livestock and other means brought into the company, as well as the realization of investments of agricultural interest. Agricultural exploitation can consist of organization and performance of agricultural works and land improvement, the use of equipment and installations, supply, processing and valorization of agricultural and non-agricultural products and other such activities. The agricultural company does not have a commercial character. Agricultural societies are established by a written deed authenticated by the state notary and the statute.
