Abstract
According to Government Decision No. 942 of 2002 mountain areas shall be delimited by the Minister of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development, the Minister of State and the Minister of Internal Affairs. Delimitation concerns cities, towns and communes, respectively component villages. The delimitation shall be valid for the SAPARD programme.
