Order No. 120 of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Forests validating the derogation related to some wild bird species for the purpose of scientific research.

By way of derogation, regarding the regime of natural protected areas, conservation of natural habitats, flora and fauna, approves the capture within the premises of the Marine Biological Station "Prof. Dr. Ioan Borcea" Agigea of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University in Iaÿi, from the following listed bird species. The derogation is established from the date of entry into force of this order until 31.12.2024. The aforesaid wildlife bird species will be captured, examined, ringed and released alive very shortly after capture. Within 7 days from the date of capture, the institution authorized to perform capture of wildlife bird species has the obligation to transmit to the competent environmental institution a report on each action carried out based on the exemption obtained.
