Abstract
Hunting quotas are approved for wild fauna species (game) authorized for hunting, for the period June 2022-May 14, 2023, listed in Annexes 1- 5. The hunting quotas approved by this Order are made for each species and for each hunting ground by their managers, in compliance with the regulations in force in the field of hunting relating to the authorization, organization and practice of hunting, with the aim of preserving the biodiversity of the wild fauna species subject to hunting and preserving the ecological balance. On the hunting grounds that overlap the protected natural areas, the hunting quotas approved by this Order are applicable on the surfaces of the hunting grounds where the practice of hunting is allowed according to the acting legislation. Specimens of the species allowed for hunting that cause damage to agricultural crops, forestry or domestic animals are subject to hunting at any time of the year, at the written request of the manager, by the hunters, under the coordination of the specialized staff employed by the manager, as well as by the latter, as follows: (a) based on the approval of the management of the specialized structures of territories of the central public authority responsible for hunting within the radius of which the hunting ground is located; (b) based on the approval of the management of the central public authority responsible for hunting, through approval report, on the proposal of its specialized territorial structures, on hunting grounds on which of the hunting, approved by this Order, has been carried out. In order to prevent damage to agricultural crops and to take biological samples from wild boar specimens, the central public authority responsible for hunting can approve, through an approval report, their hunting in any time of the year, at the written request of the manager or at the request of the veterinary sanitary and regional food safety departments. The collection of the specimens is carried out by the hunters under the coordination of the specialized staff employed by the manager, as well as by the latter.
