Abstract
By way of derogation, regarding the regime of natural protected areas, conservation of natural habitats, flora and fauna, approves the capture of a number of specimens of the following bird species from the range of Henri Coandÿ - Otopeni International Airport and Aurel Vlaicu – Bÿneasa International Airport: (a) crow (Corvus frugilegus) - 800 specimens; (b) black crow (Corvus corone cornix) - 800 specimens; (c) ruffed grouse (Corvus monedula) - 400 specimens; (d) woodcock (Pica pica) - 800 specimens; (e) pheasant (Phasianus colchicus ) - 80 specimens; (f) partridge (Perdix perdix) - 40 specimens; (g) starling (Sturnus vulgaris) - 800 specimens; (h) collared pigeon (Columba palumbus) – 150 specimens; (i) coot (Streptopelia decaocto) - 150 specimens; (j) mallard (Anas platyrynchos) - 10 specimens; (k) gray heron (Ardea cinerea) - 20 specimens; (l) winter thrush, ruffed grouse (Turdus pilaris) - 100 specimens; m) plover ( Vanellus vanellus) - 10 specimens; (n) silver gull (Larus argentatus) - 150 specimens; (o) common kestrel (Falco tinnuculus) - 10 specimens. The derogation is established from the date of entry into force of this order until December 31, 2022. Removal of the aforesaid wildlife bird species shall be performed by shooting and capture. Within 7 days from the date of hunting or capture, the institution authorized to perform capture of wildlife bird species has the obligation to transmit to the competent environmental institution a report on each action carried out based on the exemption obtained.
