Order No. 175 of the National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority validating the organizational framework for the development, at the level of the sanitary-veterinary directions and for the safety of the local food, respectively of the Bucharest municipality, of the procedure for providing the service framework agreements provided in art. 15 of the Government Ordinance no. 42/2004 on the organization of the sanitary-veterinary activity and for food safety, as well as the model of the documentation related to the provision procedure, respectively for the conclusion of the subsequent contracts for each annual budget year.

This Order validates the organizational framework for the development, at the level of the sanitary-veterinary directions and for the safety of the local food, including the Bucharest municipality, related to provision of framework contracts regarding the organization of the sanitary-veterinary and food safety activity. The sanitary-veterinary and local food safety directorates, including the Bucharest municipality, elaborates and approves at the local level, their own procedures for application of the provision procedure, respectively for the conclusion of the subsequent contracts for each annual budget year, related to provision of public veterinary and food safety services related to protection of animal and human health and consumer protection.
