Order No. 1.828 approving sanctions measures 10 "Agri-environment payments and climate", 11 "Organic Farming" and 13 "Payments to areas facing natural constraints provided by the National Rural Development Programme 2014-2020.

This Order, consisting of 5 articles and 5 Appendixes, approves the requirements to submit payment claims by farmers related to measures 10 "Agri-environment payments and climate"; measure 11 "Organic Farming" and measure 13 "Payments to areas facing natural constraints or other specific constraints" related to the National Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 and measure 214 on "agri-environment payments" for the ongoing commitments of the programming of 2007-2013 and the applicable cross-compliance measures 10, 11, 13, 214 (agri-environment payments in progress) and area support schemes (scheme single area payment scheme - SAPS, transitional national aids - ANT crops located in arable land in fiber, hemp fiber, hops, tobacco, sugar beet payment scheme separate sugar and the support scheme for rice less favored areas other than mountain) approved systems targeted sanctions, as follows: The system of sanctions measure 10 "Agri-environment payments and climate" provided in Annex 1; The system of sanctions for measure 11 "Organic Farming", set out in Annex 2; The sanctions measure 13 "Payments to areas facing natural constraints or other specific constraints" provided in Annex 3; The system of sanctions for measure 214 "Agri-environment payments" - ongoing commitments from the 2007-2013 programming set out in Annex 4; The system of sanctions for cross compliance applicable measures 10 "Agri-environment payments and climate", 11 "Organic Farming" and 13 "Payments to areas facing natural constraints or other specific constraints" 214 "Agri-environment payments" - commitments ongoing since the 2007-2013 programming and support schemes in the area (single area payment scheme - SAPS, transitional national aids - ANT, located in arable crops in fiber, hemp fiber, hops, tobacco, sugar beet payment scheme separate sugar and rice support scheme for disadvantaged areas, other than mountain), set out in Annex 5.
