Order no. 303 of February 7, 2022 for the approval of the derogation for some species of fish.

By way of derogation, regarding the regime of natural protected areas, conservation of natural habitats, flora and fauna, the Ministry approves the capture, inventory and subsequent release of a number of specimens of different fish species (listed in the Table), within the protected natural areas of the Trascÿului Mountains, Cheile Râmeÿului, Mureÿul Mijlociu - Cugir, Frumoasa, Lunca Mureÿului lower, Lunca Mureÿului Natural Park, Criÿul Negru, Fÿgÿraÿ mountains, Piatra Craiului National Park, Dâmboviÿa Gorge - Dâmbovicioara - Brusturet karst area, Apuseni Natural Park, Apuseni Mountains - Vlÿdeasa, lower Criÿului Repede meadow, Elce Valley, Barcÿului Meadow, Câmpia Ierului , Criÿul Repede upstream of Oradea, reservoirs on Criÿul Repede, Dealul Mare - Hârlÿu, Turbÿria Derÿca, Lunca Buzÿului, Olt Mijlociu - Cibin - Hârtibaciu, Ciucaÿ, Siriu, Timiÿ river between Rusca and Prisaca, ÿarcu mountains, Cheile Nerei - Beuÿniÿa, Iron Gates Natural Park, Danube Course - Baziaÿ - Iron Gates, Danube - Olteniÿa, Olteniÿa - Mostiÿtea - Chiciu, Black Sea - Vama Vec he - 2 May, Bodoc - Baraolt mountains, Cheile Tÿtarului, Bucegi Natural Park, Jiului Corridor, Jiu - Danube Confluence, Lower Prut Meadow Natural Park, Balta Tÿlÿbasca, Lower Siret Meadow, Prut Meadow - Vlÿdeÿti - Frumuÿita, Lake Vlÿscuÿa, The North of the Western Gorge, the Depression and the Giurgeului Mountains - Cioclovina, Retezat National Park, Ialomiÿei Corridor, Hârÿova Canaries, Teiva Viÿina, the elesteeles of Jijiea and Miletinului, Pruteÿul Bÿlÿtÿu, Grÿdiÿtea - Caldÿruÿani - Dridu, Upper Tisa, Maramureÿ Mountains Natural Park, Lower Someÿ, Blahnita, Mureÿ river between Moreÿti and Ogra, Upper Mureÿ Gorge, Mociar, Dealurile, Târnavelor and Nirajului Valley, Vânÿtori-Neamÿ Natural Park, Olt - Danube Confluence, Olt River between Mÿrunÿei and Turnu Mÿgurele, Lower Olt Valley, Nature Reserve, Tur River, Lower Tur Tur Meadow, Olt Mijlociu - Cibin - Hârtibaciu, Suceava River - Liteni, the Rogojeÿti and Bucecea reservoirs, the Vedea river, Gura Vedei - ÿaica - Slobozia, Suhaia, "Danube Delta" Biosphere Reserve, Timiÿului Meadow and Lipova Plateau – Poiana Rusian. The derogation is established from the date of entry into force of this order until December 31, 2022. Capture of the fish species shall be performed by legal methods and means, respecting the techniques of capture in order to avoid injury to fishes. Specimen of fish species shall be caught temporarily with subsequent release in the same location.
