Abstract
This Methodological Regulation establishes the procedure for the application of the Program of actions for surveillance, prevention, control and eradication of animal diseases, those transmissible from animals to humans, animal protection and environmental protection, identification and registration of bovine, porcine, ovine, caprine and equine animals, as well as the Methodological Norms for the implementation of the Food Safety Surveillance and Control Program. The sanitary-veterinary and food safety regional departments and of the municipality of Bucharest, the national reference veterinary institutes and the border inspection posts within the National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority carry out the provisions of this order.
