This Order validates CRITERIA for authorizing the operation of units issuing social vouchers on electronic support for food products and hot meals. The companies requesting authorization to operate as units issuing social vouchers on electronic support for food and hot meals must prove that they operate legally on the territory of Romania and that in the act of establishment they provided for the object of activity operations regarding the issuance and management of electronic vouchers on electronic support for food and hot meals. Issuance of measures social vouchers on electronic support for food products and hot meals shall be considered measures to support the most disadvantaged categories of people receiving hot meals based on electronic vouchers on electronic hot meals, granted from non-reimbursable external funds, as well as some measures for their distribution.
