Order No. 89 of the National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority validating Veterinary Sanitary Regulation on the conditions of organization and operation of veterinary pharmaceutical units, as well as the procedure of veterinary sanitary registration/veterinary sanitary authorization of units and activities in the veterinary pharmaceutical field, approved by Order of the President of the National Authority Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety no. 83/2014.

This Veterinary Sanitary Regulation sets forth the conditions of organization and operation of veterinary pharmaceutical units, as well as the procedure of veterinary sanitary registration/veterinary sanitary authorization of units and activities in the veterinary pharmaceutical field. It establishes that purchase of antiparasitic veterinary medicinal products for bees, by family bee farms/beehives registered with veterinary health bodies, from veterinary pharmaceutical warehouses, are carried out only on the basis of a note of order, endorsed, signed and initialed by the authorized veterinarian with which the legally established beekeeping associative forms have a service contract for veterinary medical services. Wholesale trade of of antiparasitic veterinary medicinal products for bees from veterinary pharmaceutical warehouses are also authorized to family bee farms/beehives registered with veterinary health bodies according to the acting veterinary health legislation and to members of legally constituted beekeeping associative forms.
