Order No. 90 of March 20, 2007 of the National Regulatory Authority for Community Services of Public Utilities validating the framework contract for the provision of water supply and sewerage services.

This Order contains the form of framework contract for the provision of water supply and sewerage services. The object of the contract is the provision of potable (and/or industrial) water supply and sewerage services, under the conditions provided for in it. The contract establishes the relations between the user and the operator at the point of demarcation between the internal network of the user located on his property and the public network located on the public domain which is constituted by the connection meter for the water supply system, respectively the connection chamber for the sewerage system.
