Reproductive Support Program related to incubation and growth in the poultry sector.

Support Program related to incubation and growth in the poultry sector is a nationwide policy document validating multiannual scheme to support breeding, rearing or incubation activity in poultry sector through investments for the establishment of breeding farms or incubation stations with a view of increasing their production capacity, as well as stimulating association in incubation cooperatives for the purpose of ensuring growth in the poultry sector. State subsidies shall be granted for the following projects: (a) construction of incubation stations, new breeding or rearing farms; (b) purchase or leasing of machinery and equipment, respectively feeding and watering equipment, microclimate, storage, evacuation and treatment of manure; and (c) costs of services, respectively the elaboration of studies of any type requiring investment, construction projects, architectural services, site organization, utility provision, and extension services.
In order to access state subsidies, after enrolling in support scheme for breeding, incubation and growth in the poultry sector, beneficiaries shall submit the application for funding to the directorates for local agricultural bodies or to the municipality of Bucharest, depending upon the locality of registration of applications (the form of application is contained in the Annex 3), accompanied by the following documents: (a) feasibility study for the requested investment; (b) extracts from land book and topographic survey for the land intended for investment; and (c) land-use planning certificate.
