Romania National Action Plan 2016-2018.

This Romanian National Action Plan here intended for the period from 2016 until 2018, is based on the lessons learned from the implementation of the previous National Action Plan, the recommendations from the IRM 2015 progress report and Romania’s commitment to promote the principles of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
The plan includes continued actions on previous commitments such as open contracting, open data, access to information of public interest, but also includes measures in new domains such as anti-corruption, education, culture, sub-national or open parliament. The commitments are structured on the following general and main topics: access to information; civic participation; sub-national; anti-corruption; culture; education; open contracting; open data. These rules shall also reflect the principles of sustainable development goals of such as general and global peace, justice and strong institutions, quality education, innovation and infrastructure, climate action, no poverty, good health and well-being, sustainable cities and communities.
The above listed topics are all developed and regulated under separated lists, each with its related measures and actions, also divided per year of programmed commitment.
