Action plan for the year 2022 for the implementation of the Public Procurement Development Program in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2019-2023.

Based on the provisions of the Law on planning system of the Republic of Serbia, this Actin plan sets 2022 implementing rules for the Public Procurement Development Programme in the Republic of Serbia (programmed for the period from the year 2019 until the year 2023). One of the main goals of the Programme is the further modernization of public procurement procedures through the full application of electronic communication methods, with the consequent improvement of their efficiency, transparency and reducing the risk of irregularities. It is also planned to make further progress in connection with negotiations with the European Union in Chapter 5 - public procurement, primarily in relation to meeting the criteria for closure.
