Decision on the formation of the Commission for the approval of the investment plan with the proposal of measures for the implementation of the lease in the procedure for exercising the right of priority for the lease of agricultural land.

This Decision, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on agricultural land, and for the purposes determined by the Decree on the conditions, methods and procedures for exercising the right to priority lease, criteria for determining the amount of rent for lease priority right, as well as the documentation submitted with the request for the exercise of the priority right to lease (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 30/2018), here proclaims the establishment of the national Commission for the approval of the investment plan with the proposal of measures for the implementation of the lease in the procedure for exercising the right of priority for the lease of agricultural land. This text indicates all elected members and sets the duties of nominated secretary, among person responsible for autonomous province of Vojvodina.
