Decree on the approval of the Program for the performance of works on the protection, arrangement and use of agricultural land for the year 2024.

This Decree establishes the Program for the execution of works on the protection, arrangement and use of agricultural land for the year 2024, which is part of this text. The type and scope of works on the protection, arrangement and use of agricultural land and other investments (fertility control of arable agricultural land, consolidation and procurement of new irrigation equipment), sources of financing by type of works and participation of funds, beneficiaries of funds, amount of funds are all determined by the Program. On the territory of the Republic of Serbia, except for the territory of the autonomous provinces, in 2024, on the basis of this program, works will be carried out on the protection, arrangement and use of agricultural land, that is, new investments and other investments that include: 1) works, i.e. investments in the field of protection and use of agricultural land: control of the fertility of arable agricultural land; 2) works, i.e. investments related to the arrangement of agricultural land: compaction and acquisition of new irrigation equipment.
