Decree on the classification of facilities, activities and land into fire risk categories.

This Decree, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on fire protection, prescribes the bases, criteria and conditions for the categorization of facilities, activities and land according to their fire risk, depending on the technological processes that take place, or in relation to types and quantities of materials produced, processed or stored, or types of materials (including relations with types of plant or vegetation present on a certain land parcel).
