Decree on the conditions, methods and procedures for exercising the right to priority lease, criteria for determining the amount of rent for lease priority right, as well as the documentation submitted with the request for the exercise of the priority right to lease.

This Decree prescribes the necessary conditions, method and mandatory procedures for exercising the right of priority lease of state agricultural land, including the criteria for determining the amount of such rent, as well as the list of documentation that has to be submitted.
The right to priority lease of agricultural land in state ownership (here limited to a period of up to 30 years) is granted for legal entities that are properly registered (into the national Register of agricultural holdings).
