Abstract
This Decree regulates the necessary criteria, conditions and manner for attracting and implementing of direct investments in the automation of existing capacities in the field of national food industry, as well as the method for keeping records on approved incentives. Incentives for attracting direct investments for the implementation of this Decree are provided in the budget of the Republic of Serbia (article 4). Rules on maximum allowed amounts of funds are provided in article 8.
