Decree determining the Programme for the execution of works on the protection, arrangement and use of agricultural land for 2021.

This Decree, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on agricultural land, provides for the full text of the Programme for the execution of works on the protection, arrangement and use of agricultural land for the year 2021. The Programme regulates the type and scope of works on protection, arrangement and use of agricultural land and other investments (land consolidation; procurement of new irrigation equipment; excavation/drilling of wells for irrigation; use of abandoned agricultural land in accordance with the purpose), sources of financing by type of works and participation funds, users of funds, including related amounts of such funds.
