Decree on determining the Programme for the execution of works on the protection, arrangement and use of agricultural land for the year 2022.

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on agricultural land, establishes the Programme for the execution of works on the protection, arrangement and use of agricultural land for the year 2022, which is part of this publication. Type and scope of works on the protection, arrangement and use of agricultural land and other investments (fertility control of arable agricultural land; compaction; acquisition of new irrigation equipment; excavation/drilling of wells for irrigation; use of abandoned arable agricultural land in accordance with the purpose), sources of financing by type of works and participation of funds, beneficiaries of funds, amount of funds are all determined by this Programme.
