Decree establishing the Water Management Programme in 2022.

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Serbian Water Law, provides for the Water Management Programme for the year 2022 (including works of general interest in water management), which is part of this publication (Annex). In 2022, works will be carried out on the construction and reconstruction of water facilities for the supply of drinking water and sanitary and hygienic needs, plants for the preparation of drinking water, main pipelines and reservoirs with devices that belong to them in public property, construction, reconstruction and maintenance of regulatory and protective water facilities in public property and maintenance of watercourses, maintenance of water facilities for irrigation and drainage in public property, construction of water facilities for protection against erosion and floods in public property, as well as protective works to prevent and eliminate the harmful effects of erosion and floods. Also, in 2022, works will be carried out on the implementation of defense against floods from external and internal waters and ice accumulation, testing of water quality, elimination of accidental water pollution, i.e. work will be carried out on the preparation of technical documentation for water facilities in public ownership and their professional work. controls (audits), works on the preparation of studies, projects and planning documents, investor works on behalf of the Republic of Serbia, works arising from international cooperation in the field of water, as well as activities on improving the management and use of water, protecting water from pollution and improving management watercourses and protection against the harmful effects of water.
