Decree establishing the Water Management Programme in 2023.

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Serbian Water Law, adopts and here provides the full text (which is part of this publication) of the Water Management Programme for the year 2023. In 2023, works will be carried out on the construction and reconstruction of water facilities for the supply of water (also pipes, waterworks and similar); maintenance of water facilities for the arrangement of waterways and water facilities for flood protection in public property and water maintenance; maintenance of water facilities for irrigation and drainage in public property, including rehabilitation of water facilities for and water protection from floods, erosion and torrents in the public domain. Also, in 2023, work will be carried out on the implementation of flood defense against external and internal waters and flooding. The type of jobs of major interest, as well as the amount of funds for those planned tasks and actions are listed in the table after the first paragraph of this Programme (page 39 of the Gazette).
