Decree on the Establishment of the Water Management Program for 2025.

This Decree here establishes the Serbian Water Management Program for the year 2025, which is part of this text. This Program defines all designated tasks of general interest in water management to be financed during the year 2025, as well as the amount of funds for the performance of related tasks.
In 2025, works will be carried out on the construction and reconstruction of water facilities for drinking water supply and sanitary and hygienic needs, drinking water preparation plants, main pipelines and reservoirs with devices belonging to them in public ownership, maintenance of water facilities for watercourse regulation, water facilities for protection against floods, erosion and torrents in public ownership and maintenance of watercourses, maintenance of water facilities for irrigation and drainage in public ownership, construction and reconstruction of water facilities for watercourse regulation and flood protection and water facilities for drainage in public ownership, rehabilitation of water facilities for watercourse regulation and water facilities for protection against floods, erosion and torrents and water facilities for drainage in public ownership, as well as protective works to prevent and eliminate the harmful effects of erosion and torrents. Also, in 2025, works shall be carried out to implement flood protection from external and internal waters and ice accumulation, test water quality, eliminate accidental water pollution, i.e. work will be carried out to prepare technical documentation and urban-technical documentation for water facilities in public ownership and their expert control (audit), work to prepare studies, expert analyses and other documentation of importance for the field of water management, investment work on behalf of the Republic of Serbia, work arising from international cooperation in the field of water, work to determine water fees, as well as activities to improve the regulation and use of water, protect water from pollution and improve the regulation of watercourses and protect against the harmful effects of water.
