Decree on financial assistance to agricultural holdings for the agricultural production of crops in 2023.

This Decree regulates the conditions for exercising the right to financial assistance aimed for agricultural holdings that are engaged in agricultural production of plant crops during the year 2023, the method of exercising the right to obtain such financial assistance, the content of the electronic request form and the amount of possible financial assistance. Crops are all plants, except for natural meadows and pastures within the group of forage plants or crops listed in the Code of Plant Production and Other Uses of Land Plots. The right to financial assistance is exercised by a legal entity, an entrepreneur and a natural person - the owner of a commercial family agricultural farm, which is registered in the Central Farm Register.
