Decree on the labeling of agricultural and food products with the national higher quality mark "Serbian quality".

This Decree prescribes the conditions, method and procedure for marking agricultural and food products with the national higher quality mark "Serbian quality". This text further sets rules regarding the control of compliance with the quality and special properties of products in the process of marking with the national higher quality mark "Serbian quality", the appearance of the national higher quality mark "Serbian quality", as well as the method of keeping records on the marking of products with the "Serbian quality" mark and the right to use that mark. These rules shall apply only to processed food, namely agricultural and food products intended for human consumption, i.e. products that are packaged, marked or declared. The Annex is part of this Decree (Annex 1-Request for the use of the "Serbian quality" label for agricultural and food products; Annex 2-Visual identity of the national higher quality label for agricultural and food products).
